Tastings at the Medot Estate take visitors on a true wine journey from the vineyard to the cellar and from the cellar to the glass. This is where Zvonimir Simčič, the father of Rebula and the pioneer of Medot sparkling wines, was born. Rebula is the grape variety that reigns supreme in our cellar. It found its place among the world's finest wines and we have preserved it precisely due to Zvonimir's efforts and love for this autochthonous variety. You are invited to experience it through the impeccable flavor of our wines and sparkling wines, all the way to its deep roots, which weave like golden threads through the soil, called opoka by the locals.
